Papad mangodi subzi is a rajasthani version of the gujarati papad ki subzi .. It is spicy in taste with a little tanginess of the curds... The dahiwali papad ki subzi is just awesomee

Mangodi and methi makes a great combo.. The subzi is slightly bitter.. but it is only because of the natural taste of the methi.. You must give it a try if you wish to try something new with methi..

Its so simple.. I was looking for a snack recipe and came across this recipe.. Just loved it.. The saunf and coriander seeds add a distinctive taste to the vadas.. They are a bit spicy and tastes super with green chutney..!

I never thought making Malpua would be so easy.. The paneer malpua dipped in sugar syrup tastes fantastic.. If you love sweet dishes and looking for something different apart from the regular ones.. you must try this!!

This churma tastes slightly different from the regular ones.. but its amazing.. The fried edible gum give a nice crunch to the recipe.. It makes an excellent combo with Dal and Baati..

Never thought making spinach dip will be so easy.. Making spinach puree and all is out now.. Just add the blanched spinach to the white sauce and its ready.. So quick and delicious..
