Its a best drink to kill the super duper heat of summer.. You can make this tangy raw mango mixture and preserve it for few days.. Just add water to the mixture and have it anytime you wish.. Plus point is it has no preservatives as it is prepared at home..

You must have had a lot of these in weddings.. but u can now make this at home too! Its sweet and tasty.. A specific care should be taken that it is fired in a very very hot ghe.. only then you will get the perfect shape.. even a little cold ghee may destroy its shme and the malpua may not form...

Launji is like an achaar.. It is super spicy but wonderful in taste.. If you want less spicy you can reduce the chilli powder.. but you can enjoy the actual taste when spicy..

Its a khichdi without using rice..! Surprising yet amazing.. It is not spicy at all.. but the wheat and the yellow moong dal combinatioon is just awesome.. It is one of the best type of khichdi i have had.. thanks for such a wonderful and healthy recipe..!!
