Awesome recipe to have in winters! i followed it exact and it turned out awesome. The spice is also just perfect. The roasting of brinjal gives an amazing flavour to the bharta which you do not get when you pressure cook. I also added some spring onions to it and it was tasting delicious.

Cheesy Maggi Bread Rolls
Reviewed December 02, 2015by Gandhi Dhwani

Maggi has always been my favourite and i have been finding ways to make different recipes using maggi. This recipe is delicious. The maggi is so cheesy and when rolled in the bread and baked, it tastes even better. But it is important to serve it immediately. The best part is, it is not deep-fried and baked instead.

The melted cheeese and the sour and sweet taste of he pizza sauce is really good. Prefferable have it immediatly so that it doesnt taste soggy later on..

This pasta without sauce is something different. Walnuts and baby corn is adding a nice crunch to this recipe. Lots of olive oil and garlic in a pasta always enhances the flavour. Parsley and basil has a very slight yet dominating flavour.
