Brinjal,onions and garlic can be prepared with same receipe instead of ladies finger
- Put oil and fry mustard seeds and onions till golden brown.
- Grind it well.
- Take the paste and put it in the kadai with oil.
- Pour the tamarind water
- Add manjal powder and chilli powder and salt
- Keep stirring it .
- Add cut fried small pieces of ladies finger
- Boil for 15 mins
- Serve hot with rice
