This is a very easy but exotic kheer. It is simple to make but tastes really awesome.
Method- Blend the tender coconut in a mixer to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Bring the milk to boil in a deep pan, add the coconut paste, while stirring continuously and mix well.
- Add the condensed milk and mix well and cook till the milk becomes thick and the coconut is cooked.
- Serve hot.
