Has excellent taste and flavor and is different from the usual varieties.
- Cut the spring onion into small pieces.
- Then add the ghee in a pan and just saute this spring onions for a min by adding a pinch of sugar.
- Add the spring onions to the curd along with salt and mix well.
- Chill it well and serve along with any spicy pulao or biriyani.
