The vegetable need less oil and time to cook.
Method- Combine the coriander , garlic, green chillies and tomatoes and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the vegetables and saute on high flame for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground masala and the dry masalas along with salt.
- Mix gently and cook on slow flame for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with chappatis
