The shallow fried crispy hot Rice tulkas are made from a mixture consisting of rice, wheat flour, curd, spice powders and chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy as crispy snack item with green chutney.
- Mix all the ingr.except oil.
- Take 1-2 tbsp.of the mixture
- & spread it on the non-stick
- Pan & put 1tsp.of oil.
- Serve hot with sauce or chatni.
