Method


  1. Peel and slice potatoes into thin rings .
  2. Wash and keep aside.
  3. Add the red chilli powder and salt to the rawa.
  4. Roll the potatoe slices in the rawa mixture.
  5. Heat a frying pan,grease it with oil.
  6. Shallow fry the potatoes using as less oil as possible till they look golden and crisp.
  7. Sprinkle chaat masala over them when done.
  8. Serve hot with chutney of your choice or with tomato sauce.
