Bulgur Wheat Pancakes
Reviewed June 20, 2013by Loves Food

Tasty pancakes made from bulgar. The pancakes have a nice sourness to them with the addition of curds. Very healthy to have as plain flour has been substituted with whole wheat flour.

Methi Crispies
Reviewed June 20, 2013by Loves Food

Healthy and tasty. Crispy like khakhras with methi added to give a nice flavor. Hardly any oil used and baked to perfection. If you compare these with the supposed diet crispy snacks in India, they add a lot of oil to the batter. Follow this and eat home made snacks. Far healthier !!!

Almond Jelly with Fruit Cocktail ( Chinese Cooking )

Just the plain jelly with the almond essence and vanilla essence is soft and delicious. Add any fresh fruits in season to make a fab dessert.

Beans and Cheese on Toast

Mozzarella cheese and butter beans make a healthy and filling snack on your whole wheat toast. I would skip the butter!!!

Tandoori Gobhi

Love this healthy recipe since it has hardly any oil and the base is low fat curds. Cauliflower marinated in curds and besan will always taste good.

Cake with whole wheat flour + honey + jaggery make it much healthier. Great for adults too.. The flavor of cinnamon and carrots stand out.

Date and Almond Balls

My kids loved the combo of dates, almonds and desiccated coconut. The best part is that they did not know it was dates and this is way healthier than giving a dessert of only plain flour and butter.

Tasty malpuas with a lovely sweet taste of jaggery. Glad to see sugar replaced with jaggery and plain flour with whole wheat flour.
