Minty Curd Dip

Cool mint dip to go with potato and corn chips and finger salad alike. Ready in a jiffy and loved by all :)
Method- Whisk hung curd to get a smooth consistency. Mix all other ingredients.
- Pour in a small server and sprinkle a little red chilli powder to add color.
- garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and voila! its done!
Tips- You may use crushed dry mint leaves if fresh are not available.
