A dry seasoning or accompaniment for idlis, to be converted into chutney or sauce with warm ghee.
Method- Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe shallow pan or flat tray and dry roast on microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Dry grind into a fine powder. It can be stored in a moisture free place for future use.
Note- Mix 1 tbsp each of powder and warm ghee to serve.
