Keep the idlis in the refrigerator for 15 mins before cutting it, they become firmer. use of red chillies & green chillies gives it a good flavour.
- Pour oil onto a pan,add urad seeds & mustard seeds.when they splutter add curry leaves,torn red chilly,finely chopped green chilly & finely chopped ginger.then add the finely chopped onion & saute for 2 mins.add cubed idly pcs & mix thoroughly.add salt & coconut flakes. switch off & add lime juice & combine well.
