Add the tangy green unripe mangoes or kairi to the pan with jaggery to prepare the tantalizing Green Mango Curry. Enjoy this cooling and mouthwatering mango curry with steamed rice to beat the summer heat and its complications.
- Grind the chillies, coriander, cumin, ginger, garlic.
- Fry onions till brown, then add ground masalas and fry well.
- Add the mangoes and jaggery and cover with water.
- Add salt to tast and add water and boil till it becomes thick.
