An innovative crispy vegetable snack recipe, gold coin is named so as it is cut into small circles and resembles a gold coin. The breads are topped with a mixture of vegetables and mashed potatoes and then deep fried to impart the attractive golden color. Enjoy with ketchup or chilli sauce
- Cut bread slices in round shape and dip it into water and squeeze water from it.than
- Add salt,mirch,garam masala,aamchhur,onions, peas,cabbage,panner.
- Mix all things together and shape it like tikki
- Deep fry it in kaddahi and serve hot with puddina chattani
