For pizza base:- Combine the flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. add the butter and rub it well.
- Add water as required and make a hard dough.
- Roll out into a thick circle and place on a greased bakink tray.
- Prick the base with a fork. refrigerate for 10-15 mins and then bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree c for 10-15 mins.
- Remove and keep aside.
For topping:- Combine all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl.
- Spread the topping into pizza base.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree c for 15-20 mins or till the base is crisp.
- Remove from oven, slightly cool it and cut into wedges.
- Serve warm.
