A tasty and simple paratha recipe made of a mix of flour and besan with leftover veggies and other spices.

4Makes 4 to 5 parathas
Method- Combine all the ingredients, mix well and knead into a smooth dough, adding water if required.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot with white butter or curds.
