An easy sweet dish recipe, caramel halwa is rich in taste and looks. The caramel halwa recipe is sure to make everyone drool over and ask for more.
Method- Soak the semolina in 2 cups of milk and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the sugar and mix well and cook on a slow flame, till the sugar is caramelized and melts, while stirring continuously.
- When the sugar turns brown, add the soaked semolina, mix well and cook for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the dry fruits and cardamom powder.
- Serve hot!
