Make your evening snack choices interesting by preparing the crispy crunchy shallow fried Bread cutlets and serving them with green chutney. These bread cutlets can even be enjoyed topped with beaten curd and chutneys.
- Mix all the vegetables with the breadslices n make then in small lime sizes n flatten them.
- Heat up a tawa with little oil just to make sure u dont turn the blak
- Now place the mixes ball on the tawa toast then golden browm
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
