I live in Bangalore with my wife.I cook a bit...south & north Indian vegetarian dishes -mostly what I learnt from my mother( who is absolutely the best cook in the world when it comes to south Indian vegetarian cooking!). Tomato Rasam is my best dish. Trying to switch to a blend of healthy south/north Indian dishes which don't involve too much oil/spicy stuff.
