About Me
Hi... I am Sujatha Jagan from Pune, India. I am a typical North Indian by birth. But ancestrally South Indian. My grand parents got settled in Pune even before my father was born. I am newly married and my husband is a typical South Indian (Born, brought up and educated in Tamil Nadu). I do not know the a....b....c of cooking before marriage. Its been just a little above once year since I am married. But now I am spending most of the time in the kitchen than with my husband as I have cultivated a strong urge for cooking. My husband is a real foodie and loves my dishes very much. Initially I started making simple dishes and then I added my new touch and re-created the dishes. I am still improvising on new recipes. I am currently in Malaysia. Being a pure vegetarian we find it very difficult to get all varieties of vegetables that we get in India. So I make the best out of whatever vegetables are available in this country (which I would say 50% of Indian vegetables).
