I tried the same, Kofta was very good. But while preparing gravy, please make sure that you fry all the paste properly else it would result in smell of Onion.

Very tasty recipe. Though I wanted to ask, why do certain koftas like lauki kofta turn out hard? Especially from inside? They''re not soft enough. Please can you decipher the reason?
