This recipe worked perfectly! I think rinsing and soaking the rice made all the difference. Thanks for letting me know how many whistles to use.

When I cook rice directly in cooker, rice gets burnt at the bottom. So how to avoid this. I tried your method also. Please suggest me what to do. Regards, Prabha

I always believed that if we want each grain separate it can only be made on an open flame but when I came across this recipe and tried it, it was easier faster and just perfect...
